You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• 30-day free trial (no payment details required)
• Monthly and annual subscription plans
• Payments processed via Stripe
• Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through the billing portal

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at FOLYO’s discretion.
A 3-day grace period applies after the start of a paid subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Upload harmful or abusive content
• Attempt to access other users’ data
• Reverse engineer or misuse the service

6. Community Content

You retain ownership of content you submit.
By posting feedback, you grant FOLYO the right to use that feedback to improve the product.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

FOLYO is not liable for trading losses, financial outcomes, or decisions made using the application.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
